Too
Easy
You were never ready.
Nobody is.
You laced up anyway.
That's Too Easy.
The origin
The Marathon
Too Easy started where most people stop — at the start line of something they weren't sure they could finish.
A marathon. Not a metaphor — an actual marathon. The decision to enter before the training was in place. The runs in the dark. The mornings that didn't feel like anything yet.
The name came from the finish line. From doing the thing that wasn't supposed to be possible and realising that the only thing harder than the race was deciding to show up for it.
Too Easy became a standard. A response to fear. A way of naming what courage actually looks like before it's comfortable.
What drives it
The principles
Discipline
The unglamorous, repeated work that makes the highlight reel possible.
Courage
Doing the thing before you feel ready for it — because readiness is a myth and the work is the preparation.
Community
Every athlete and creator we work with is part of a wider network. We lift each other up, or we don't move at all.
Purpose
We only build things that mean something. Not trend-chasing — identity-building.
The crew
Team
Too Easy
A crew of athletes who chose to be unreasonably consistent before it felt like it was paying off. Runners, bodybuilders, endurance athletes, and everyone in between — connected by a standard, not a sport.
Team Too Easy is the talent pipeline underneath everything Frequency Group builds. The athletes here get stories told about them before the world knows their name.
Current members: Shedrick Kale, Dylan (F45 Somerset West), Josh (F45 Somerset West), Dewald Grobbelaar.
TO ADD — more crew as the movement grows.

The journal
From the
morning runs
Notes from the road. Mornings that didn't feel like anything yet, and what they became. Shipping consistently is the whole point.
