01

The short version

This is a portfolio and information site. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't ask you to create an account. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to send us — usually an email.

02

What we collect

Correspondence: if you email hello@frequencygroup.africa, we keep that email so we can reply and follow up. That's it.

Basic technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. These are not used to identify or profile you.

03

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies and does not use third-party trackers. Any cookies present are strictly functional ones set by our hosting platform to serve the site.

04

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel and serves images through Cloudinary. Both process technical request data (like your IP address) to deliver content. Some pages embed videos via YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) or Vimeo's do-not-track player — neither sets tracking cookies unless you play the video. Calendar downloads (.ics files) are generated on this site and involve no third party.

05

Your rights (POPIA)

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since the only information we hold is correspondence you sent us, one email to hello@frequencygroup.africa handles all three.
