Frequency Group

Finding the Future, Shaping the Stars.™

About

A vertically integrated African talent ecosystem built in Somerset West, Cape Town.

The founder

The story behind Frequency

Frequency Group was founded by a candidate attorney with an unusual conviction: that the legal and business infrastructure behind talent is just as important as the creative work in front of the camera.

Most talent agencies separate the two. Frequency doesn't. The legal backbone isn't a back-office function — it's a real competitive edge. Athletes and creators who understand their rights, their deals, and their positioning build lasting careers. Those who don't sign the wrong contracts, chase the wrong opportunities, and disappear before anyone remembers their name.

We're building a system where the creative, the commercial, and the legal all report to the same vision — and talent owns a piece of everything built around them. Based in Somerset West, Cape Town. Working wherever the signal takes us.

How it works

Four pillars

01

Representation

Managing and developing African talent with the infrastructure, relationships, and strategy to build careers — not just moments.

02

Frequency Creative

The film and story studio. Brand films, athlete features, documentary, music performance. Footage first, build after.

03

The Pipeline

The infrastructure that finds, develops, and supports emerging talent before anyone else notices them.

04

Platforms

The channels, content systems, and audiences we own — so our talent performs on stages we built, not ones we rented.

Everything we do is rooted in the Cape — the athletes we represent, the stories we tell, the communities we move through. We're not trying to be everywhere. We're trying to be undeniable from where we are.
