The story behind Frequency
Frequency Group was founded by a law graduate with an unusual conviction: that the legal and business infrastructure behind talent is just as important as the creative work in front of the camera.
Most talent agencies separate the two. Frequency doesn't. The legal backbone isn't a back-office function. It's a real competitive edge. Athletes and creators who understand their rights, their deals, and their positioning build lasting careers. Those who don't sign the wrong contracts, chase the wrong opportunities, and disappear before anyone remembers their name.
Full transparency, because that's the house rule: the founder is still on the road to admission as an attorney, which means Frequency doesn't offer representation yet. What's real today is on this site: the films, the movement, the platforms, built in public, step by step. When admission comes, representation completes the house. We'd rather earn the title than sell it.
We're building a system where the creative, the commercial, and the legal all report to the same vision, and talent owns a piece of everything built around them. Based in Somerset West, Cape Town. Working wherever the signal takes us.
The name is the mission statement. A frequency is a signal that exists whether or not anyone is tuned in yet. Our job is to find it early, amplify it properly, and make sure the person generating it owns the broadcast. Finding the future, shaping the stars.

Consulting
Legal consulting and full business builds. The foundation under other people's companies: contracts and compliance, brand, web and launch media, from one team.
Creative
The film and story studio. Brand films, athlete features, documentary, music performance. Footage first, build after, and the first music video already selected for kykNET.
The Movement
Too Easy. The crew, the standard, and the pipeline where athletes get found and filmed long before anyone else is watching.
Representation
Managing African talent with real legal infrastructure behind it, offered the day our founder's admission as an attorney is complete, and not before. Everything above is building toward this.
