The name Veldblom means wildflower: not cultivated, not curated, something that grows in the kind of places people don't always look. The film was built the same way — real location, natural light, and a camera that waits instead of directs.

And now the film is going where Afrikaans music lives: Koelboks Beloftes has been selected for broadcast on kykNET. It's Veldblom's first music video on television — and the first Frequency Creative production to reach a national audience. Not bad for a debut, theirs or ours.
